Rose AI Search Tips
Brief Rose clearly and refine in conversation to get sharper shortlists faster.
Be specific, but conversational. Rose responds well to natural language that describes the role clearly. Include seniority, location, industry, and any non-negotiables upfront.
Good: “I need a founding AE with 4+ years B2B SaaS experience, based in London or remote UK”
Less effective: “sales person”
Use follow-up prompts to refine. If Rose's first packages aren't quite right, keep the conversation going — tell her what you liked and what to change, and she'll iterate.
Review multiple packages. Rose often returns two or more packages with different interpretations of your brief. Each represents a distinct candidate profile worth considering.
Check the reserve. When a package's first batch doesn't produce enough interviews, ask Rose to show you more from the same package.
Fill out your Knowledge Base once and Rose carries your company context into every search — so you don't have to repeat it.
