Managing Conversations
Navigate, filter, and reply to candidates in the three-panel Inbox.
The Inbox has three panels: filters on the left, your conversation list in the middle, and the selected conversation thread on the right.
Finding the right conversations
- Needs you shows only conversations that require your input — a reply Rose has drafted and is waiting to send, or an unusual question she's escalated. On “Rose replies automatically” this is often empty.
- All shows every conversation across all sequences, including those Rose has handled.
- Filter by sequence using the colour-coded list, and search by name, sequence, or message text.
Each conversation carries a status chip so you can see at a glance what's going on: Draft ready (Rose has a reply waiting for approval), Needs you (your input is needed), or Rose handled (already taken care of). A badge — Auto, Semi-auto, or Manual — shows the reply mode for that thread.
Replying
Select a conversation and type in the reply box at the bottom of the thread. If you're on “Rose drafts, you approve,” Rose's draft appears ready for you to Approve, Edit, or Reject. You can also send your own message at any time.
Once you reply yourself, Rose hands that conversation over to you and won't send on top of you.
Candidate context and booking
Each thread shows the candidate's profile — photo, current role, location, contact email, summary, and work history — so you can assess fit before replying. When a candidate is ready, use Book interview right from the thread header. See Booking Manually.
