Set Up Your Knowledge Base

Introduce your company to Rose so she can tailor every search and outreach message to who you are.

The Knowledge Base is what Rose knows about your company. She uses it to seed every chat — so her searches and outreach reflect your industry, stage, and story without you having to explain it each time.

Introducing your company

Rose can get up to speed in about a minute. The quickest way is to give her your company website — she'll pull together what's publicly known, then let you review and edit everything before saving. You can also fill in the details by hand.

If you're a recruiter or agency working across multiple clients, you can skip this — Rose picks up context per sequence as you go.

What you can tell Rose

The Knowledge Base captures:

  • Company name
  • Website
  • Industry
  • Headcount — a size band from 1 up to 10,000+
  • Headquarters
  • Year founded
  • Stage — from Pre-seed and Seed through the Series rounds to Public, Bootstrapped, Non-profit, and more
  • Anything else Rose should know — a free-text note for your hiring philosophy, ideal candidates, what makes you different, or companies you'd rather not approach

Stage is the one required field — Rose uses it to bias every search toward the right kind of candidate. The free-text note is where the magic happens: the more context you give, the sharper Rose's sourcing and the more on-brand her outreach.

Updating it later

Your Knowledge Base is never locked in. Update it any time under Settings → Knowledge base, and click Save changes. Rose picks up the changes on your next search.
