Connect Your Calendar
Link Google Calendar, Outlook, or Zoom so Rose can book intro calls directly into your schedule.
Rose books intro calls directly into your calendar. During setup, the Connect your calendar and email screen lets you choose the platform your company uses.
Your options
Rose will book intro calls directly in your Google Calendar.
Rose will schedule meetings and send invites through Outlook.
Rose will create Zoom meetings and attach links to your bookings.
Connecting
Click Connect next to your chosen platform and follow the authorisation prompts. Once it's linked, the option shows a Connected badge. You can connect more than one — for example, Outlook for your calendar and Zoom for meeting links.
Continue unlocks once Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar is connected — Zoom on its own isn't enough, because Rose needs a calendar to add interviews to. In a hurry? Choose Skip for now and connect later.
You can connect, change, or disconnect calendars any time from Integrations (under More in the sidebar). Rose needs a connected calendar to book interviews. See Scheduling Integrations.
Using a personal Outlook account (such as @outlook.com or @hotmail.com)? Teams links aren't always added to invites automatically — connecting Zoom as well ensures a call link is always attached.
Your mailbox — the inbox Rose sends outreach from — is connected separately, when you first need it. See Mailboxes.
