The Project Funnel
The live pipeline bar inside each project shows how candidates move from shortlisted to booked.
At the top of a project's Leads (CRM) tab, a pipeline bar shows where every candidate stands. Each stage gets a coloured segment sized to how many candidates are in it, with a count underneath.
What each stage means
| Stage | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Shortlisted | Candidates added to the project who haven't been contacted yet |
| In Outreach | Candidates who are receiving your outreach sequence and haven't replied |
| Replied | Candidates who have replied |
| Interested | Candidates who expressed positive interest |
| Ready to book | Candidates ready for an interview to be scheduled |
| Interviews booked | Candidates with a booked interview |
Three more stages sit outside the bar and are hidden by default: Email not found, Not interested, and Rejected. Use Show stages above the pipeline to reveal them. See Managing a Project.
On the Projects page
Each project in your Projects list has a smaller version of the same bar in its Pipeline column, with a line such as "3 booked of 40". The Replies column shows how many candidates have replied and your reply rate for that project.
These numbers update live as Rose works, so the bar always reflects the current state of your pipeline.
