Creating a Project
Start a project by briefing Rose — from a sentence, a job description, or the Projects page. She gathers the details with you in chat.
Projects are created in conversation with Rose. There's no form to fill in: Rose asks for what she needs, drafts what she can, and sets the project up as you go.
Three ways to start
Open Rose and choose Start a new project in the project picker, then describe the role. Rose creates the project once she has what she needs.
Click the paperclip in the message box and Upload a job description (PDF, DOCX or TXT). Rose reads it and fills in the details for you.
Click New Project (or Upload a job description on an empty Projects page). Rose opens with the request already written — just add the details and send.
What Rose asks for
Rose needs a few essentials before she can source and write outreach well. She'll ask for anything that's missing, usually several questions on one card:
- The role — job title, seniority, and what the person will do.
- Location and way of working — city or cities, on-site, hybrid or remote.
- Compensation — the salary or range.
- What you're looking for — must-haves and nice-to-haves.
- The job description — paste it, upload it, or choose Draft with me and Rose writes it with you.
Answer in whatever order suits you. Rose keeps the details on the project as you go, so nothing is lost if you leave and come back.
The more specific the brief, the better the results. Candidates Rose contacts may not be job hunting — a concrete, compelling description is what gets replies.
After it's created
A new project starts as a Draft. Nothing is sent until you launch. From here you can:
- Calibrate a search and add candidates.
- Build the outreach sequence.
- Review and edit everything on the project's Job Details tab.
