LinkedIn

Connect your LinkedIn account so Rose can send connection requests, messages and InMails as part of your outreach.

Some candidates answer LinkedIn faster than email — and some have no verified email at all. Connect your LinkedIn and Rose can add LinkedIn steps to your outreach sequence: connection requests, follow-up messages, and InMails.

Connecting LinkedIn

Go to Integrations and click Connect LinkedIn on the LinkedIn card. Sign in to LinkedIn in the window that opens, and you're returned to Hiros.

If a sequence includes LinkedIn steps and you haven't connected yet, Rose shows Connect LinkedIn to send these steps right in the chat.

Your LinkedIn is yours. Only projects you own send from your LinkedIn account. A teammate's project sends from theirs.

What Rose can send

StepWhat happens
LinkedIn inviteA connection request, with no note.
LinkedIn messageA direct message, sent once the candidate accepts your invite.
InMailA message to anyone, connected or not. Uses your LinkedIn InMail credits.

Invites have a two-week window to be accepted. If a candidate doesn't accept, Rose moves them on to the next step — for example a follow-up email — so they don't stall.

LinkedIn-only sequences don't need a mailbox at all. And if a candidate's email bounces, their LinkedIn steps still go ahead.

Sending limits

LinkedIn limits how many invitations an account can send, and sending too many risks LinkedIn restricting your account. Rose stays well inside safe defaults, spaces actions out at human-looking intervals, and skips profiles LinkedIn won't open.

Organisation owners can adjust the limits under Sending limits on the LinkedIn card:

  • Invitations per day
  • Invitations per week
  • Messages per day

Leave a field blank to use the safe default.

Raising the limits increases the chance LinkedIn flags your account. Only change them if you know your account's history can handle it.

If LinkedIn disconnects

LinkedIn sessions expire from time to time. When yours does, Rose shows Reconnect LinkedIn wherever it's needed — on the Integrations page and in the chat — and the LinkedIn steps wait until you do.
