Credits
How Hiros measures usage with credits, and how to keep topped up.
Hiros uses a credit system to track usage. Your current balance is always visible at the bottom of the left sidebar, along with the date your credits reset — for example, “3,950 / 4,000 left · Resets Jun 9.” The colour shifts as you use more, so you can tell at a glance how much is left.
How credits are used
Credits are consumed as Rose works on your behalf. The Plans & credits page breaks down the cost of each action — such as sourcing a candidate, exporting a contact, and when a candidate replies — alongside a clear view of how much of your allowance you've used this period.
Topping up
If you're running low, click Top up next to the credit counter in the sidebar (or on the billing page) to add more credits.
Cancelling a sequence after it has launched doesn't refund credits already used on contacted candidates.
