Your Level of Control
Choose how much of each conversation Rose runs on her own — from fully automatic to fully manual.
Rose is built to be trusted, but trust is earned on your terms. For every sequence you choose how much Rose does on her own. This setting is called Reply automation, and you can change it any time — even after a sequence has launched.
The three modes
End-to-end handling. Rose manages the full conversation, sending replies herself and escalating only the genuinely tricky situations. The fastest, most hands-off mode.
Rose writes every reply, but nothing is sent until you approve it in the Inbox. Full speed of drafting, full human oversight.
Rose stays out of the thread — every reply comes from you. Rose still sources, sends the initial outreach, and tracks the pipeline.
Where to set it
You choose a mode in two places:
- When you launch a sequence — Rose asks how she should handle replies as the final step before going live.
- Any time afterward — open the sequence and find Reply automation in the Job Details tab.
In the Inbox, each conversation shows a small badge — Auto, Semi-auto, or Manual — so you always know who's driving.
If you step in and reply to a candidate yourself, Rose hands that particular conversation over to you and won't send on top of you — your personal touch always takes precedence.
