Your Level of Control
Choose how much of each conversation Rose runs on her own — and how much she does before checking in with you.
Rose is built to be trusted, but trust is earned on your terms. There are two dials: how Rose handles candidate replies on each project, and whether she plans first or acts in chat.
Candidate replies
For every project you choose how much of each conversation Rose runs on her own. You can change it any time — even after the project has launched.
End-to-end handling. Rose manages the full conversation, sending replies herself and escalating only the tricky ones. The fastest, most hands-off option.
Rose writes every reply, but nothing is sent until you approve it in the Inbox. Drafts show Draft ready, with Approve & Send, Edit, and Reject.
Rose stays out of the thread — every reply comes from you. Rose still sends the outreach sequence and tracks the pipeline.
Where to set it
- When you launch a project — Rose asks how Candidate replies should be handled before you go live. See Launching a Project.
- Any time afterwards — open the project and find Reply automation on the Job Details tab.
In the Inbox, each conversation shows a small badge — Auto, Semi-auto, or Manual — so you always know who's driving.
Planning and Normal
The second dial sits in the message box on the Rose home screen. The Mode switch decides how much Rose does before checking in:
- Planning — Rose thinks the hire through with you and proposes a plan, but takes no actions. New chats start here.
- Normal — Rose works with you step by step, running searches and setting up outreach as you ask.
Even in Normal mode, Rose shows you profiles before adding anyone, asks you to confirm the outreach sequence, and waits for your go-ahead before launching. See Planning Mode.
