Sequences are now Projects

• Projects. What used to be called a sequence is now a project. The outreach sequence is the set of steps candidates receive.
• Planning mode. Hand Rose the whole hire: she proposes a step-by-step plan, you hit Run with me, and she works through it with you. See Planning Mode.
• Calibration. Rose shows you three candidates at a time — mark each Good match, Not a match or Unsure and she sharpens the search until it's right. See Calibrating a Search.
• Exclude previously sourced candidates from a new search.
• Personalised intros for every candidate, which you can edit before launch.

Reach candidates on LinkedIn

• LinkedIn outreach. Connect your own LinkedIn account and add LinkedIn steps to a project. See LinkedIn.
• Your accounts, your voice. Mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts are per person, and each project sends from its owner's accounts.
• Project visibility for admins. Choose whether to see every project in the workspace or just your own and those shared with you.

Build outreach your way

• Sequence builder. Pick the steps candidates receive — Email, LinkedIn invite, LinkedIn message and InMail — or start from a template: Email only, LinkedIn only, or Email + LinkedIn.
• Browse skills. See everything Rose can do in one place. See What Rose Can Do.
• New projects start with Rose. New Project and uploading a job description open Rose with a draft prompt, and she asks the intake questions she needs, right in the chat.
• Recent chats in the sidebar, with titles written for you.
• A focused Inbox. Filter by Needs you, All or Archived, filter by project, search, and archive any conversation. Rose's drafts show as Draft ready for you to approve, edit or reject.
• Mailbox safety. If a mailbox disconnects, its projects pause automatically until you Reconnect mailbox. LinkedIn account owners can set their own Sending limits.
• Invite teammates from Billing. Add a seat and send the invitation in one flow — their seat and credits are ready when they join. Plan limits now include mailboxes per member, and LinkedIn is available on every plan.
• “Sourced” is now “Shortlisted” in your pipeline.

Built for teams

• Share projects with teammates. Projects are private to their creator — click Share to bring colleagues in. They get an email when you do.
• Team seats. Manage seats on Settings → Billing, and decide how credits are shared — an equal split by default, or a set amount per person.
• Smarter reply handling. Rose's reply engine was rebuilt to read candidate intent more reliably.
• Search two locations at once.
• Timezone and schedule in chat. Rose asks when and where outreach should go out as part of setting up a project.
• Phone numbers in exports.
• A tidier pipeline. The list view leads with the candidates who need action, and Hiros remembers which view you last used, across devices.

Sequences, reimagined around Rose

• Start a sequence straight from Rose. The home screen now lets you pick a new or existing sequence before you start a search, so candidates flow into the right place from the first message.
• Add candidates to ongoing sequences. Top up a live sequence with new candidates at any time — no need to start over.
• Editable company details on a sequence's job details.

Billing

• Seat-based billing and local currency — plans now reflect your team size and show pricing in your currency.

• Rose AI Search. Describe who you're hiring in plain language and Rose researches, sources, and returns curated Candidate Packages — a fundamentally faster way to find people than manual filters.
• New credit system. A clearer, usage-based model so you can see exactly what each action costs.
