How Rose Handles Replies
Before a conversation reaches your Inbox, Rose has already read it, understood it, and decided what to do.
For every candidate reply, Rose reads the message and reasons about it before anything reaches you:
Checks it's genuine
Rose filters out auto-responders, spam, and attempts to manipulate her through email content — so noise never reaches you and never derails a campaign.
Reads the intent
Rose works out what the candidate means — interested, asking questions, not interested, or asking to opt out — and moves them to the right pipeline stage automatically.
Pulls out availability
If the candidate suggests times, Rose extracts the dates, times, and time zone (inferring it from their location if needed) and kicks off booking.
Responds in your voice
Rose drafts a reply — answering questions and, when appropriate, inviting the candidate to book — then sends it, queues it for your approval, or steps aside, depending on your settings.
Opt-outs are honoured automatically. If a candidate asks to be removed, Rose stops contacting them and suppresses future outreach — you don't need to do a thing.
How much Rose sends on her own depends on the reply-automation mode for that sequence. This is why the Inbox stays quiet: anything Rose can handle, she handles, and only the conversations that genuinely need a human land in front of you.
