Interview Preferences
Configure how Rose arranges interviews on your behalf — your availability, durations, buffers, and more.
Interview Preferences tell Rose how to schedule on your behalf. Open them with Configure in the Scheduling section of the Integrations page.
What you can set
| Setting | What it controls |

| Scheduling Mode | Whether Rose books automatically, suggests times for you to confirm, or just notifies you. See How Rose Books Interviews. |
| Availability | The days and hours you're open to interview. |
| Interview Duration | How long each interview should last. |
| Buffer Between Meetings | Free time Rose leaves between consecutive calls. |
| Advance Booking Limit | How far into the future Rose can schedule. |
| Minimum Notice | The least lead time before a call can be booked. |
| Max Bookings / Day | The most interviews Rose will book in a single day. |
| Primary Calendar | Which connected calendar Rose adds events to. |
| Timezone | The timezone all availability and booking times are shown in. |
Only connected calendars appear in the Primary Calendar list — connect a calendar first under Scheduling.
