How Rose Works
Rose sources candidates, manages outreach, and handles conversations — so you can focus on the interviews.

Rose as a Sourcing Agent
Rose is not a traditional search tool. She works like a world-class talent researcher: you describe who you're looking for in plain language, and she goes out and finds real matching profiles from a database of 800M+ indexed professionals.
Rather than returning a flat list of results, Rose organises her findings into Candidate Packages — curated groups of candidates, each with a descriptive label, so you can quickly understand who she's found and why.
Rose as an Outreach Agent
Once you've selected candidates and launched a sequence, Rose takes over the conversation entirely. She sends a personalised, multi-touch email campaign on your behalf and responds to candidate replies — fielding questions, collecting availability, and notifying you when someone is ready to be booked.
Depending on your preferred level of control, you can choose how Rose handles replies:
-
Rose replies automatically — end-to-end handling; Rose escalates only the tricky conversations
-
Rose drafts, you approve — Rose drafts every reply, but it goes out only after you approve it
-
You reply yourself — Rose stays quiet; you manage the conversation manually
