Finding Candidates
Two ways to find candidates — Rose AI search and Manual Filters — both drawing from the same 800M+ profile database.
Hiros gives you two ways to find candidates, both drawing from the same database of 800M+ indexed professionals:
- Rose AI Search — describe who you want in plain language and let Rose do the research. The fastest path, and where Rose is at her most powerful.
- Manual Filters — build a precise search yourself across role, skills, location, company, experience, and education.
Both start from the same place: the candidates you find can be added to a Sequence, where Rose takes over outreach.
Which should I use?
Start with Rose AI Search. It's faster, it reasons about fit rather than just matching keywords, and you can always refine the results in conversation. Reach for Manual Filters when you want exact, hands-on control — for example, targeting a specific list of companies.
