Finding Candidates
Three ways to find candidates — ask Rose, calibrate a search with her, or build one yourself with Manual Filters.
Hiros gives you three ways to find candidates:
- Rose AI Search — describe who you want in plain language and let Rose do the research. When you already know exactly who you want, such as named companies or a specific title, she searches in real time and groups the results into named clusters.
- Calibration — Rose shows you three candidates at a time and tunes the next three to your verdicts, until the search is right. The best route when "a good fit" is hard to put into filters.
- Manual Filters — build a precise search yourself across role, skills, location, company, experience, and education.
Whichever you use, the candidates you choose are added to a project, where Rose takes over outreach. Rose only adds people when you ask her to.
Which should I use?
Start with Rose. Calibration reasons about fit rather than just matching keywords, and you can steer her in conversation. Reach for Manual Filters when you want exact, hands-on control.
You'll find Rose on the home screen (Rose in the left sidebar). To open Manual Filters, click Manual Search under the message box.
