Click Bookings in the left sidebar to open Your Interviews — every scheduled interview in one place.
Summary and filters
The top of the page shows quick counts: Today, Tomorrow, This week, Confirmed (with your confirmation rate), and Past. Use the Upcoming / Past / All tabs to switch views; upcoming interviews are grouped into Today, Tomorrow, This week, Next week, and Later.
Each interview
Every row shows the time, the candidate's name and headline, the duration, and the meeting type (such as a Zoom link), along with a status. Open a row's menu for quick actions: Join call, Copy link, Edit, Reschedule, and Cancel call.
A side panel highlights what's Up next and what's on for Today, so your next call is always one glance away.
Calendar Health
The Calendar health panel is a live status check of your connected tools — Google Calendar, Zoom, and Outlook — showing which are synced and which need attention.
If Calendar Health shows a disconnected integration, reconnect it on the Integrations page. Rose can't book interviews without an active calendar connection.
