Your scheduled interviews in one place, with calendar health and quick actions.
Click Bookings in the left sidebar to open Your Interviews — every scheduled interview in one place.
Summary and filters
The top of the page shows quick counts: Today, Tomorrow, This week, Confirmed (with your confirmation rate), and Past. Use the Upcoming / Past / All tabs to switch views; upcoming interviews are grouped into Today, Tomorrow, This week, Next week, and Later.
Each interview
Every row shows the time, the candidate's name and headline, the duration, and the meeting provider, along with a status. Quick buttons let you open the calendar event and join the call; once a call is completed, a transcript link appears if one is available. Click a row to open the candidate's profile.
For upcoming interviews, the row's menu offers Reschedule, Change duration, and Cancel Interview.
Up next and Today
A side panel highlights what's Up next — your closest upcoming call, with a countdown, Join call, and Copy link — and lists everything on for Today.
Calendar health
The Calendar health panel is a live status check of your connected tools — Google Calendar, Zoom, and Outlook — showing which are connected and which aren't.
If Calendar health shows a calendar isn't connected, connect it on the Integrations page. Rose can't book interviews without an active calendar connection.
