The Outreach Emails
Rose writes a personalised three-touch email sequence for every role — here's what she sends and what you can edit.
Rose generates a personalised three-email sequence based on your job details. You'll find it in the Outreach tab of each sequence, where every email is personalised per candidate.
The three emails

Emails go out over several days during business hours, on a schedule you can see and adjust (days of the week, hours, and timezone) from the Outreach tab.
Editing the copy
Each email has an editable subject and body. Personalisation tokens such as {{firstName}} are filled in automatically for every candidate. Use Generate Email Sequence to have Rose draft the set, or regenerate at any point.
The opening and closing of each email are managed by Rose and optimised for deliverability, so they aren't editable. The main body is yours to shape.
Staying out of spam
Rose runs a built-in spam check as you edit. If it finds risky words, it flags them as removable chips and offers Fix all with Rose. When you're clear, you'll see “Spam check · you're in the clear.”
When editing, avoid:
- Hype language (“revolutionary”, “game-changing”, “once-in-a-lifetime”)
- Urgency or pressure tactics (“last chance”, “urgent response needed”)
These patterns reduce deliverability and response rates.
When you launch, you'll get a final Review your outreach preview of all three emails before anything sends.
