Managing a Sequence
Inside a sequence you'll find tabs for your pipeline, bookings, outreach, job details, and ATS — plus a clear view of where every candidate stands.
Open any sequence to manage it. The detail page shows the sequence title and status, an optional metrics bar, and a row of tabs.
The tabs
| Tab | What's there |
|---|---|
| Leads | The full candidate pipeline, grouped by stage |
| Ready to Book | Candidates who've shared availability and are ready for a call |
| Interviews booked | Interviews already scheduled from this sequence |
| Job Details | The role information you entered, plus the Reply automation setting |
| Outreach | The emails Rose sends — view and edit before launching (details) |
| ATS Integration | Push candidates to your connected ATS (shown if ATS is available on your plan) |
How the pipeline flows
In the Leads tab, candidates are grouped by where they are in the journey. Each stage has a plain-English meaning:
- Sourced — found by Rose; email lookup in progress.
- Contacted — first email sent, waiting on a reply.
- Replied — in conversation.
- Interested — showed interest; Rose is moving them forward.
- Ready to book — shared availability; pick a slot.
- Interviews booked — interview confirmed on your calendar.
- Email not found — no verified address; try LinkedIn instead.
- Not interested — passed on the role.
- Rejected — removed from this sequence.
You can select candidates to remove or export them, and add more candidates to a sequence at any time — before or after launching — from Rose AI Search or Manual Filters.
Launching
A draft sequence shows a Launch sequence button. Rose recommends having 10 or more candidates before you launch. You'll review the outreach emails and pick a reply-automation mode before going live.
Reply automation lives in the Job Details tab and can be changed any time, even after launch.
