Can't log in to Hiros
Resolve sign-in problems with Hiros.
Hiros signs you in with your email and a verification code. If you're having trouble getting in, work through these steps.
Common fixes
Check you're using the right email
Sign in at clients.gethiros.com with the email you signed up with.
Didn't get your code?
Check your spam folder, wait a moment, and request a new code. Make sure the email address is typed correctly.
Wrong organisation?
If you're in but don't see your team's sequences, you may be in the wrong workspace. Use the organisation switcher at the bottom of the left sidebar to change organisations.
