Set up your account
Sign up
Go to clients.gethiros.com and sign up with your work email.
Verify your email
Enter the verification code sent to your inbox.
Create your organisation
Name your organisation — your company's workspace for sequences, candidates, and billing.
Connect your calendar
Link Google Calendar, Outlook, or Zoom so Rose can book intro calls.
Set up your Knowledge Base
Introduce your company to Rose so she can tailor every search and message.

Run your first search
Open Rose from the left sidebar and describe who you're hiring in plain language — for example, “a senior backend engineer in Berlin with fintech experience.” Rose returns curated Candidate Packages you can review and add to a sequence. See Rose AI Search.
