How do I get started with Hiros?
Set up your Hiros account and start your first project with Rose.
Getting up and running takes just a few minutes.
Set up your account
Sign up
Go to clients.gethiros.com, enter your work email, and type in the verification code sent to your inbox.
Create your organisation
Name your organisation — your company's workspace for projects, candidates, and billing.
Connect your calendar
Link Google Calendar or Outlook (and Zoom, if you use it) so Rose can book intro calls.
Introduce your company to Rose
Give Rose your company website so she can tailor every search and message.
Choose your plan
Pick a plan, or skip for now and choose one later.

Start your first project
Open Rose from the left sidebar and describe who you're hiring in plain language — for example, “a senior backend engineer in Berlin with fintech experience.” Rose proposes a plan, asks for anything she still needs, and calibrates a search with you three candidates at a time. See Getting Started.
